Scheduled departures are jokes. On my last two flights departures were delayed. On the first, the flight was delayed 15 hours. The second is delayed 4 hours. I acknowledge that JetBlue gave us a partial refund for the first flight. JetBlue acknowledged that the 1st delay was not weather related. 209,600 points plus taxes/fees. My one-way flight cost $719.10 ($380 for the ticket, plus $339.10 in fees). Comparatively, I could have booked the flight using around 39,600 TrueBlue points, plus the same fees.
